We believe legal documents should be readable by humans, not just lawyers. Here are the ground rules for using our ECHO deployment service.
We deploy to YOUR infrastructure. You own everything we create.
Your credentials never touch our databases. We're serious about this.
Community members get free deployments. Need more? Fair pricing, no tricks.
By accessing or using the WotAI ECHO deployment service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). It's like a digital handshake, but with more legal weight.
If you're using this service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. No going rogue here.
Our service automates the deployment of the WotAI ECHO workflow system to your NocoDB and n8n instances. We're basically your DevOps team for 5 minutes, then we disappear like digital ninjas.
Access to our service requires a valid WotAI Community membership. We verify this through Circle Community authentication - no community membership, no deployment magic.
You're responsible for keeping your Circle account credentials secure. If someone else uses your account, that's on you (and probably a conversation you need to have with your team about password sharing).
Here's the beautiful part: everything we deploy goes to YOUR infrastructure. Your NocoDB instance, your n8n instance, your data. We're just the delivery service.
You maintain full ownership and control over all deployed configurations, workflows, and data. We don't keep copies, backups, or sneaky little caches of your stuff.
Once deployed, you're responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing your ECHO workflow system. We're not your ongoing IT department.
Use our service responsibly. Don't try to break it, abuse it, or use it for anything illegal or harmful. We're building something awesome for the community - let's keep it that way.
Specifically, you agree not to:
We strive to keep our service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Sometimes servers need coffee breaks too.
We may occasionally need to take the service down for maintenance, updates, or to fix things that broke in interesting ways. We'll try to give you heads up when possible.
We're providing this service to help the community, but we can't be responsible for everything that might go wrong in your specific environment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
(Sorry for the caps lock - lawyers made us do it)
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Major changes will be communicated through the WotAI Community channels. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms? Found something confusing? We're humans and we're here to help.
Reach out through the WotAI Community channels for support and questions.
These terms are effective as of August 2025 and govern your use of the WotAI ECHO deployment service.
